Story
Experience
Mr. Erickson is a lifelong iron range resident. He has 14 years of experience in the building and construction trades, which included lead, mold, and asbestos abatement. His work revolved around the iron mining industry. In 2016, he attended Hibbing Community College for the Heating, Cooling & Appliance repair program (4.0 gpa). He held this role until 2022.

Range Inspection, LLC. was established in 2020. Our goal is to provide excellence in home inspections. In 2024, we completed over 300 inspections as of November. Our focus is to reinvest by upgrading new equipment and technology.
